He spins 50’s Rock n Roll Genre music
Dave Brighton has been around the rock'n'roll scene for over twenty five years, both promoting his own rock'n'roll events (previously Clifton Hall - Rotherham, Broughton Inn - Sheffield, Barnsley Civic Hall) and spinning his discs all over the North & Midlands, though he is mainly based in the South Yorkshire area these days. Originally going out as Crazy Dave, he's now known simply as Dave B.
Glen Darren & the Krew Katz are one of the featured acts at both Doncaster and Rotherham He's done several long DJ residencies, including Birdwell Club, and continues at Parklands Ballroom and Dale Tavern, Barnsley. He also does guest spots at other rock'n'roll and jive clubs. He is currently involved in promoting Rockin’ Gigs at Doncaster with Crock Higgs for Woodfield Club, also in Doncaster. Check

GIG LIST
When he's not too busy in the clubs, Dave is hard at work collating data for the Complete UK Rock'n'Roll Gig Guide, which he does in collaboration with Drew Spikes of the Alleycats.
Dave has twice now been a guest on Dell Richardson's Good Rockin' Tonight show on Radio Caroline, answering questions about the Gig Guide and choosing some great records to go on air.

Recently he has been on a Radio Presenters' course, and is now digitally broadcasting his own Rock'n'Roll program on Northern Broadcasting. He is always available to provide a good selection of rock'n'roll related music from his collection of vinyl, CDs and minidiscs. Very much a teddyboy at heart, he only gets discouraged occasionally, when he comes across people trying to trivialise the genre he loves.
